Welcome to the Herts Area Rape Crisis and Sexual Abuse Centre website.

Our Helpline is staffed from 7.30pm - 9.30pm every Thursday by female counsellors. At all other times you can leave a message on the answerphone and a counsellor will call you back.

Our service is free and is open to women aged 16+ who are survivors of rape, sexual abuse or sexual assault at any time in their lives.
